About KINVIYO™ and This Pre-Launch

KINVIYO™ is a Family Awareness Platform developed and operated by Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

KINVIYO™ helps families organise and share awareness of their family identity, assets, liabilities, health information, insurance policies, and post-loss guidance. KINVIYO™ does not manage, invest, transfer, or hold money or financial instruments on behalf of any user.

The full platform is scheduled to launch approximately 30 days after the pre-launch commencement date (the "Launch Date"), subject to change with prior notice.

Eligibility to Pre-Book

To register a valid pre-booking, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration details.
• Not be barred from accessing digital services under applicable law.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Nexvoria reserves the right to cancel any pre-booking obtained through inaccurate or fraudulent information.

What a Pre-Booking Means

A pre-booking is a reservation of early access to the KINVIYO™ platform upon its Launch Date. It is not a purchase of software or a subscription agreement.

Pre-Booking Fees & Razorpay

All amounts are clearly stated at the time of registration. For Indian users, amounts are in INR (GST applicable). All payments are processed through Razorpay, regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

Nexvoria does not store, process, or access your card numbers, bank account details, or other financial credentials.

Free Tier: KINVIYO™'s core Family Awareness features are free for all users.

Early Access and Launch Timeline

The full KINVIYO™ application is targeted for launch within 30 days of the pre-launch commencement. The confirmed Launch Date will be communicated at least 7 days before going live.

If the platform launch is delayed by more than 60 days beyond the originally communicated Launch Date, paid pre-bookings are entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel anytime before the Launch Date by writing to connect@kinviyo.com from your registered email.

Approved refunds via Razorpay credited to original payment source within 7–10 business days. Free pre-bookings carry no financial implication.

Nature of the Platform & Scope Limitations

KINVIYO™ is strictly an awareness and family information organisation tool. Not a financial advisor, portfolio manager, broker, or any regulated service provider.

All data entered is the user's sole responsibility. Nothing constitutes financial, legal, medical, tax, or investment advice.

Data Privacy, Security & Applicable Law

KINVIYO™ operates on a Privacy First principle. No banking passwords, account credentials, or transactional access is required or stored at any time.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the DPDPA 2023.

• Right to access personal data
• Right to correct inaccurate information
• Right to request deletion
• Right to withdraw consent
• Right to data portability

Internal Analysis & Research

By using KINVIYO™, you consent to anonymised, aggregated data use for product improvement, feature development, performance monitoring, and research.

Important Safeguards: All data is strictly anonymised before analysis. Nexvoria will never use identifiable personal data for analytical purposes.

Intellectual Property

All IP relating to KINVIYO™ — name, logo, trademark, platform design, software architecture, methodology, and pre-launch content — is the exclusive property of Nexvoria Technologies Private Limited.

Your pre-booking grants you no licence or right in KINVIYO™ IP. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without written consent.

Acceptable Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Impersonation or providing false registration details
• Unauthorised access to Nexvoria systems
• Automated tools, bots, or scrapers
• Reproducing or commercially exploiting pre-launch materials
• Defaming or misrepresenting KINVIYO™ or Nexvoria
• Activities violating applicable Indian or local laws
• Money laundering, fraud, or unlawful financial activity

Disclaimer of Warranties

The KINVIYO™ pre-launch website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Product features, pricing, and timelines during pre-launch are indicative only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Nexvoria shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the website or platform
• Any delay or modification of the platform launch
• Reliance on pre-launch feature descriptions
• Loss of data, business opportunity, revenue, or goodwill
• Failures of Razorpay, Google Drive, OneDrive
• International users' non-compliance with local laws

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the pre-booking fee actually paid.

International Users

Users outside India access the website on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Nexvoria operates solely from Gurugram, India.

For Indian users, GST applies as per prevailing rates.

Changes to Terms or Platform

Nexvoria may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, advance notice will be sent at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Grievance Redressal & Contact

Per the IT Act 2000 and Intermediary Guidelines 2021, Nexvoria designates a Grievance Officer. All grievances acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
